Return and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that all of our products meet the highest quality standards. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a return or refund is necessary. The following terms outline our return and refund policy. Note: This policy is subject to local laws where mandatory returns apply, but we reserve the right to limit returns as allowed by applicable law.

  1. Return Periods:

    1. Permitted Returns: In principle, returns are not allowed except in the case of defective products. Exclusion of Return for Non-Defective Items: We do not accept returns for non-defective products in regions where the return policy is not mandated by law (e.g., some U.S. states, Canada, etc.), unless we have explicitly stated otherwise on the product page or as part of our promotional policies.

    3. Exemptions: Returns will not be accepted for the following:

      • Personalized products, perishable goods, or sealed items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products) that have been opened, in accordance with local laws.

      • Digital goods and downloadable content that have been opened or downloaded.

      • Clearance items, sale items, or products marked as "sale" or "non-returnable."

      • Items damaged by misuse or items that have been altered or used will not be accepted for return.

    4. Return Conditions:

      • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

    5. We reserve the right to inspect the condition of the returned product. If the product is found to be used or damaged, we may reject the return request.

    6. Restocking Fees may apply to returned items, especially for high-value or specialized products. This fee will be deducted from any refund.

  2. Return Process:

    1. Defective or Damaged Goods: We will accept returns for defective or damaged goods under the conditions of local law. Customers must contact our customer service team within the mandatory return period to initiate the return. The customer may be asked to provide photographs of the defective item before returning the product.

    2. Non-Defective Products: Returns for non-defective products are only allowed in countries where mandatory return laws apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is faulty or not as described. We do not offer returns for "change of mind" purchases in any region unless required by law.

  3. Refund Process:

    1. We comply with mandatory return laws in the following countries. For customers in these regions, you have the right to return products within the required period:

      • European Union (EU): 14-day return period from the date the product is received.
      • United Kingdom (UK): 14-day return period from the date the product is received.
      • Australia: 14 days from the date the product is received for defective goods (change of mind returns are not allowed).
      • South Korea: 7-day return period from the date the product is received.
    2. For customers in other countries, returns are allowed only for defective or faulty products, or as required by local laws. Non-defective items will not be accepted for return unless specified by law.
    3. Unless otherwise stated above, defective goods must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.

  5. Return Shipping:

    1. For defective or damaged products: We will cover the return shipping costs, provided the return is made using a shipping method we authorize or approve. We may provide a prepaid return label or specify a carrier and service level to ensure cost-effective shipping. If the customer chooses an alternative shipping method without prior approval, we reserve the right to limit reimbursement to the amount of our standard return shipping cost.

    2. For non-defective products: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless required by local law. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or if the product is defective.

  6. Restocking Fees: In cases of returns, particularly for non-defective products, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product price to cover administrative and handling costs. This fee will be clearly communicated at the time of return approval.

Legal Compliance: We will comply with all mandatory return laws in countries where returns are required. This includes offering refunds, repairs, or replacements for faulty or defective goods as mandated by local consumer protection laws.
